USTA Kentucky was established in 1910 and has a current membership of over 8,500. Policy is formed and much of the organization’s work is executed via a board and committee structure of over 100 volunteers. A professional staff, housed in Louisville, compliments the volunteer structure and is charged with carrying out the daily operations of the organization.

Sharon Rahman – Executive Director srahman@kentuckytennis.com As Executive Director, Sharon will provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of USTA Kentucky and will work with individuals and associations across Kentucky to promote and develop the growth of tennis throughout the state. Sharon handles specific questions on USTA Kentucky and Endowment Fund Board policies and guides all activity of the USTA Kentucky staff. |

Cheryl Bailey – Office Administration cbailey@kentuckytennis.com Cheryl provides administrative support to staff, coordinates event planning and various customer service related duties. Cheryl is in the office 2 days a week.
Mary Beth Carrico -- Marketing and Promotions Coordinator mcarrico@kentuckytennis.com Mary Beth handles all aspects of USTA Kentucky marketing; from publications and media relations to fundraising, advertising and sponsorships. Responsible for updating the website, monthly enews and other collateral piecs, in addition to helping CTA's, events and all USTA Family members. |

Cheryl Penava – Community Development Coordinator cpenava@kentuckytennis.com Cheryl supports and encourages grassroots tennis efforts; working to create and advance local Community Tennis Associations across Kentucky. She assists CTA's in obtaining grants, and with other staff, she coordinates the delivery of USTA programs through local communities. |

Aaron Browning – Program Coordinator of Adult/Junior Competition and Adult Recreation abrowning@kentuckytennis.com As the Coordinator for several USTA Kentucky participation areas, Aaron oversees a number of programs including: sanctioned tournaments, player rankings, USTA Adult Team Tennis, USTA Tennis on Campus, and Tennis in the Workplace. In addition, Aaron will work to develop and increase the amount of competitive and recreational play opportunities for adult and junior players across the state. |

Kathy Klein – State League Coordinator kklein@kentuckytennis.com Kathy serves as the State Coordinator for the Adult, Senior, Mixed, Combo, Super Senior, and Multi-Level USTA League programs. She is responsible for USTA League administration, League championships, NTRP year-end rating appeals, and working with Local League Coordinators to provide opportunities for people to play USTA League tennis. |

Bruce Stone – Junior Recreation Coordinator bmstone@kentuckytennis.com Bruce is the State Coordinator for the USTA Junior Team Tennis, USTA School Tennis, National Junior Tennis League (NJTL) and High School No-Cut Programs. He helps use these programs to promote, introduce and encourage increased play opportunities to youth across the state. Bruce is the staff liaison to the Adult and Junior Recreation Committees. |

Jason Miller – USTA Southern Section Tennis Service Representative miller@sta.usta.com As the Tennis Service Representative (TSR), Jason's work revolves around meeting with facilities and organizations who offer tennis and discussing ideas and strategies to facilitate the growth of tennis participation. He travels extensively across the state to promote, develop, and service programs through the establishment of strong relationships with local tennis facilities, industry organizations and other non-tennis entities. |
