The Purchase Area welcomes us back for a second year of Mixed Doubles District Championships! The tournament committee has some wonderful events planned around this years championship. Having learned a lot from the 2007 championship, we look forward to a wonderful experience in 2008!

We would like to thank all of the wonderful volunteers that helped to make this a great event!
Our State Championships would not be possible without the help of volunteers.
Always remember this when playing a tournament.
The rains did come down on Saturday and Sunday, however despite the weather,
we were able to complete all of our scheduled matches by playing best of 2 sets,
with a 3rd set tie-break. We had excellent help at all locations rolling the courts and using
blowers to dry the courts as fast as possible. So the rain delays that we did experience, did not hold us up for too long!
We would also like to thank our Referee, Kim Angermeier for another excellent tournament.
